Digital delivery methods

- Secure file transfer, a Git repository, or agreed cloud storage.
- Email or an agreed project-management platform.
- Another digital method specified in the proposal.
Timeline and dependencies
Delivery timing varies with scope, complexity, content availability, client response time, revisions, third-party integrations, testing, and requested changes. Estimated dates are provided only when included in a proposal or statement of work. Delays in content, authorized access, approvals, or feedback can change delivery dates.
Review and acceptance
The agreement describes review stages, included revisions, acceptance criteria, and any final handover requirements. Report concerns against the agreed scope so they can be reviewed. New requirements may require a change in scope, fees, or schedule.
Access and handover
Clients are responsible for suitable hosting or platform accounts and permissions where required. Credentials should be exchanged through an agreed secure method. Source files, licenses, documentation, ownership, deployment, and ongoing support are included only as specified in the project terms.
